I found out that the item you are purchasing has to be shipped by Amazon and it has to be your first time using the hub. It took me forever to figure that out lol

I have been trying to get this but Every time I try and order something, I’m told it doesn’t qualify for the discount! Has anyone gotten this to work??
I can’t get it to work either. Never did a hub pickup before but have several nearby and it always asks if I want to, trying to buy more than $20 worth of sold & shipped by amazon.com, chose my pickup location, but it still tells me the purchase doesn’t qualify.
I had the same problem. I just gave up as I never got it to work. I chose all items sold by Amazon and had more than $20 worth. I still have no idea what I was doing wrong.

this is really good and encourages people to use the lockers or even makes them aware. people are getting their packages stolen a LOT. my neighbor across the street almost got his taken if I didn’t stop the lady who was trying to take them. then she had the audacity to try and make me believe they were hers then her husbands.
