Here’s what I found on their site: “If you receive a winning message upon completion of your Game play at the Website, then you are a winner of an Instant Win Game prize. If you do not receive a winning message upon completion of your Game play, then you are not a winner.” There you can follow the instructions provided to complete the prize claim process.
