I tried to use this offer on two colgate toothpastes like the offer stated and they brought it up as full price around $8 and was only going to give me $4 in register rewards. It wasn’t even putting the register rewards automatically in my account at first until I asked about it. Was really confusing and I had to just get a refund.
Did you add the digital coupon to your rewards card? Did you also add your telephone number attached to your rewards card when you were paying?

Unfortunately, Walgreens customer support has never able to help me whenever I don’t get the resister rewards :/ they just tell me to file a complaint and that’s it
You can also try to resolve it in-store with the manager on duty. Managers can’t force print RR, so they can usually issue Walgreens Cash that goes to your account. 🙂
