My $5 Register reward didn’t come out, is it because I used Walgreens cash rewards to paid?
register rewards for buying 2 are not coming up for me. There are multiple coupons based on number of items but no no rewards deal
Oh I see. Thanks!
You’re so welcome!
If I buy two oral-b items for $3.99 + tax, could I still get the $5 register reward? Or must the total after the coupon be over $5 without tax to be eligable for the RR?
Hey there! Yes, you can. In this particular deal, you get the Register Rewards after buying two select Crest or Oral-B Dental Care Products. Just make sure the products you are buying are eligible for the Register Rewards. Hope that helps! 🙂
How can you tell that this product has a register reward? I don’t see that anywhere.
Hey Nicky! Eligible items advertised in Walgreens Weekly Ad (https://www.walgreens.com/offers/offers.jsp/weeklyad?enhancedDWA=true) or an in-store promotion. Hope that helps! 🙂
Walgreens doesn’t show Register Rewards online when you click on the items. Either you have to be in store to see it or check the Ad, as Jasmine showed here.
So after that you get a $5 coupon? Do you still spent $5 ??🤔
Hey Anna! You will score $5 Register Rewards that you can use on your next transaction. Hope that explains it!
In this case, you pay at the register $5. The Catalina machine will print a coupon for $5. When considering couponing, the coupons or cash back given to you after you pay certain amount at the register will be counted towards the deal’s final price. In this case, after $5 coupon final price is free. Now though you have to count this coupon as your cash for future purchases, so when you shop next time you count this coupon towards your spent money. There are certain rules how coupons or cash back work, so look into it more. You have to be comfortable dealing with store rules to shop this way as well as managing different types of rewards that stores are giving back.
Maybe stupid question, I’m new to coupons and all. But how is that free when you still payed $5? You get a $5 coupon back? But what if you don’t want a coupon at all 🤷🏻♀️
Couponing can be really confusing when you’re just starting, so don’t worry about asking any question 😊 You’re right, for this deal there’s $5 out of pocket price. Butt you will earn $5 Register Reward and you can use it as a $5 off coupon on your next purchase. Does that makes sense? Here’s a post Tina created to help you with Walgreens couponing when you’re just starting. Check it out https://www.freestufffinder.com/walgreens-101/ Let me know if you need any help!
I LOVE all the freebies!! And so do my local charities!! I always make sure to get everything I can each week by using what y’all post to help out the local community 🙂
That’s so nice of you! Thank you for all that you do for the community Jillian! 🙂
How is the register reward work? Like “get $5 for spending $10 or more for next purchase”?
It’s basically like a manufacturers coupon that prints out that you can use on anything during your next purchase
Thank you kelljack83 for the clarification. 🙂
