To get this reward, if you’re not a reward member, simply sign up for JCPenney Rewards Member (free to join) on July 22nd and you will get the coupon on July 24th! But if you’re already a reward member, you will receive an opt-in email on July 22nd then you will get the coupon on July 24th!
If you signed up on July 22nd and haven’t received your coupon until now, please reach out to their Customer Service. And If you missed signing up for the $24.99 off a purchase of $25+ coupon, you can still join JCPenney Rewards and receive a welcome email containing a 30% off one-time use coupon for your entire purchase through August 21st!
Please note that you can use the $24.99 off a purchase of $25+ coupon anytime from July 24th until August 4th and before you shop, be careful to read the fine print because there may probably be restrictions added.

I received mine after the 24th. Keep checking
I got my coupon. Didn’t realize how much JCP charges for shipping. I wanted rugs but they charge extra for oversize items, in addition to regular shipping
I never received any email regarding the opt-in or the coupon and I am an existing rewards member. Not thing was in my junk mail either. Looks like many did not receive this coupon. Are you sure this offer was for everyone?
I also searched and searched for one as a rewards member and never got one đ I really could have used it too!
