Mine said the same thing I worked then I went to login then it switched what it said about the promo
If that happens you need to pick a store that prints it same day. Some stores don’t have the machine to make them and other stores make it and mail it to them so you have to pick a store that offers same day pick up of bookmarks specifically. They sort it for you
