Hi Kimberlyn! I am sorry to hear that. Free samples by mail are tricky in that they arenāt always 100%. From my experience of signing up for them by mail, they come about 40% of the time. I always recommend signing up to them and forgetting about it. I usually donāt expect any freebies to arrive until at least 4-6 weeks from the day I ordered but if something shows up, itāll be like a nice surprise. In my experience, the more you sign up to the more youāll receive.
