I can’t get my coupon to work. I put over the $40 I have my red card in there for 5% off and it won’t take any coupon.

I signed up for the debit card last week thinking I was getting this same $40 offer. It showed as completed and approved as of yesterday but no $40 offer. Ugghhh! 😭😭
