Also used the oikos pro offer, couldn’t find any of the other offers like Keto Bars, Clio Yogurt, Lip Balm, or Mountain Dew as wished.
Bolt 24 offer I tried to use and unfortunately hasn’t been verified. Same with the thanksgiving potatoes, all three of us didn’t get the cash back. Also unfortunately my location had the soup at $1.36 and only got $0.98 back. Let me know if anyone else had trouble with these and/or found a solution!

I got the same potatoes you bought, and got money back. I purchased the same bottle of Bolt24 some time before, and also got the rebate. For soup, unfortunately it is what stores are charging versus what Ibotta is giving, even if the app says it is free. For the items you didn’t receive money back, submit the ticket to Ibotta. They will give you money back after they verify the items on your receipt. Sometimes also the app doesn’t catch the items during submission process, so you have to add them yourself. Ibotta will ask you to scan them, and then you get your rebate. In any case, I would suggest to always scan each item on the app before purchase to make sure it is the right one, but I see they are correct from the picture.
Thanks for the help! How do I submit a ticket to them? I have checked barcode before buying as well as after scanning receipt if didn’t catch some items. That’s what I thought for the soup, still a good deal!
You can do it through the submission itself. If you click on the bell in the right upper corner on the main page, find your rebate from Walmart where your items are. There will be “Need help? “ link. Click on it and then on Report an issue. Write in the window your problem, and submit.
You will have to click on the actual activity from Walmart with these rebates to get to that
The ticket didn’t go through but today they just popped up on my list, scanned the receipt again and got the rebates, yay!
