Like many others, I could not get the promo to work. I kept getting the playlist and an order button. Last night I sent an email to info@starbucks.com explaining what happened with screenshot of the above photo. This was the response:

To make this right for you, I have added 150 Stars to your account. You should see them within 24 hours.
Surely enough the 150 stars were added to my account. You want to may try this method via email or chat.
