I’m not sure 🤔, I got back 2x $4 for buying 2 Colgate and got back $5 for spending $20 before coupons.
I think that is called a Mystery coupon, I found it among the other coupons in the app/ on the website that you can clip.

I did the Vaseline bundle 6 times now. If you have fetch rewards there’s a promo going for Unilever products. Spend $30 over a span of time and get $10. The Vaseline purchases counts towards this purchase. I need $1.20 more. 😜 Knock on wood no problems with online rewards. In store purchases usually cost more & you have to go through the whole price match deal. Also talk to the store when you pick up if you don’t get your rewards, in the past they just issue it to me at the register. Screenshots can really help. 🙂

once i faced the same issue and contacted their customer service. They said when we apply any coupon (not sure if she meant manufacturer or 20% pickup coupon promotions) then walgreen new cash system adjust cash rewards afterwards. While placing the order it shows more. So I avoid placing online orders now.
