I texted Tiffin, the CEO of Aisle, about not getting a confirmation from a receipt I sent 4 days ago. I sent the receipt 3 times hoping to get a response each time letting me know they received it.
This is the response:
“Hey Olivia! Thank you so much for the feedback!
First off – we will 100% honor your receipt
Second off – Please let everyone know we are working as fast as we can (and exactly why we switched to a waitlist!!)
We are so backed up that we will get to people ASAP. The biggest thing to relay to everyone on the forums is DO NOT text in again as it’ll push the user to the bottom of the list, further delaying our response!!”
I suggested to at least send a response that they received the receipt and to let people know that they are backed up and that we will understand. Just any kind of communication would be appreciated.
Hope this will resolve shortly and relieve any doubt that we will get our cash back as soon as they can get to it.
Yes I waited a whole week for the first time ever for a response back about the cash back, then they finally sent it yesterday. Usually they’re so fast with me so I’m sure all the new traffic has been really busy for them so that’s good for their business but hopefully the delays get resolved soon.

I’ve noticed they’ve been slow last 2 weeks, but they’ve always responded to me. Maybe they’ll generate enough to hire some extra hands if needed 😬
I just received this message tonight from him. I’m sure they will get it done or they won’t get paid either. I have 2 pending since Weds. I always do a screenshot to prove the amount owed just in case they change amounts. ⏱⏰😴

Sounds like they are working out the kinks and adjusting their process to keep up with the traffic. They were pretty responsive a couple weeks ago and I got my cash back pretty quickly. Hopefully they can survive because like sejla said, they do offer great deals.
Oh 😯 wow. I didn’t use aisle for a little over a week and they seem to be having so much new traffic. No wonder they are having a 7 day reset for the offers they have. I remember doing three in one day once then they changed the reset to 7 days. I usually got most offers right away or the following day. And once they took about a week to get to me. I still love aisle they have great deals. I hope they delegate all the traffic soon.
I am concerned that they cannot keep up with the demand.
