Well, I just tried but the coupon didnât work at the register so I showed cashier coupon â$3 off any two Suave hair productâ and she said they canât use it since the total price per item is only $1. Shouldnât they just pay me the difference then??

I just ended up having to do 1 of the bigger ?30-ish oz bottles for $2.99, and 1 of the smaller bottles around 12-ish oz for $1 so I could use the coupon and basically pay around $1 for both bottles before tax. So 50 cents per bottle still with doing that, which is still a decent deal.
I did it online and had no issue with the total, although you donât get paid the difference. The fine print on the coupon FAQs states that if the item doesnât reach the full coupon amount then the coupon only covers the purchase price, so they donât owe the excess. I will say any time I try to shop at Walgreens there always seems to be an issue with coupons not working or my recent online order was supposed to be for pickup at a store. After I paid, only one $1 item was for pickup and the others were being shipped in different boxes? Not sure why since customer support verified that the items were available in store. But the nearest location that had the suave in stock was 30 mins away so now itâs not worth the drive for the one $1 suave that got left as pickup? But now I have a $5.99 shipping fee and since I didnât pick up the $1 shampoo, the coupon is void so the transaction total will be updated to show I didnât pick it up and will have to pay the $1 for the shipped conditioner. Walgreens is ALWAYS a mess for me. Which is a bummer because I prefer walgreens coupons over using CVS in the app as walgreens makes it easier to locate what products are applicable for each coupon :/
