$20 Pink Leggings!

Oh I love anything pink as well! ❤️their fragrances and other items besides clothes. BUT!!! I ONLY shop when the semi annuals are on. To me that’s the only way to shop there and honestly the only way I personally can shop there financially! Those times are the best to shop early for Christmas or birthdays anniversaries etc! as a kid & even as a very young adult I’d walk by the stores 1st thing @ the mall & told myself I’ll be I. There 1 day! Idk much about it bc mom didn’t shop @ places like that and I didn’t even know what Old Navy BBW etc until I was prob 11 bc bc of my Bff’s got all the things from what we would refer to as the big mall or the rich people mall so to speak together! never heard of those places before! We weren’t poor but single mom working 2 jobs w 2 kids- My bro n me. So as we got older and all the kids had the cool things EX: STARTER coats! Etc. But she absolutely did the best that she could with what she had all (widowed at 26 w a 3 & 7 yro) She is the inspo behind me being a super sale/thrifter! RIP MOMMY thank u 4 the lessons I didn’t appreciate as a kid but we were finally able to bond over things like that as I got older Nov 15 was 7 yrs since she’s been gone from stage 3 ovarian & gallbladder cancer. Ladies!PLS take your female health SERIOUSLY, never feel ashamed to ? dr’s n ALWAYS advocate 4 as many “2nd opinions” it’s UR BODY- YOU know if it’s off! Btw- she was misdiagnosed BREAST CANCER 1st. Then not exact quoting but trying to get insurance she denied at first bc she didn’t have the “right kind of cancer” no lie. They listed the cancers they covered n her aggressive TERMINAL cancer failed to make that list. Not always bad we got a social worker that ended up helping her and she was an angel I never did get to meet her but I/O so much to that woman because she helped my mother navigate through things and get really good care which took a while but she fought hard for my mother as my mother was fighting for her life and one thing about it is she never gave up and she never complained ever! (Sorry I just felt compelled to share that given the reminiscing) I remember buying my 1st bra from VS it was so special to me @ the time, I felt so proud of myself bc I was a single mom @ that point n worked so hard never EVER bought myself anything. I’d go hungry just to make sure my kitchen was full of everything for HIM! recently thrifted a ton of diff PINK items (tops from sweatshirt to a long sleeve w PINK in gold n black glitter among a cpl others) from this local thrift-CHEAPSKATE I got a few other items & were all name brands! I got them for essentially nothing bc I focused on finding everything I could that was the 70% off! IDK if it’s a nationwide store but they do sales (color stickers on tags) on top of their already reduced prices. Everyday is diff. The sale on day I went ranged 70% 50% and 25% off score of 28 items which were things for my husband & my bestie who took me there! so I gifted her with things as well, I had a savings total of almost $200 might chk 2 see if there are any of these in or around the places that you beautiful ppl live! Like I said it’s called cheapskate here in OKC, ok. I haven’t checked to see if they have a website yet but I hope you awesome sale aficionados can come across one!!! 🥰
