I finally received this hair dryer even after my info was stolen. I was excited to try it though, as I’ve been dreaming of the Dyson forever ( lol or so it feels) finally Walmart provided me with a shipping number and I received it a couple weeks ago. I anything there was to read that came with it ( not much) it turned on. It worked for about 5 seconds and then would shut off ” to cool”. I tried multiple times to get it to work but it was obvious that it was junk. so I contacted Walmart they informed me they would put the money back on my card once I took it back to a Walmart store. I took it to the Walmart store and there they told me that I would have to ship it after I boxed it up, they would only give me a label for it even though their email stated that they would box and ship it for me. so after going well out of my way to do all this I get it packaged return label on it I mailed it off I contact Walmart because the debit card I paid for it with was the one compromised and they are pretty much refusing to refund me they said the only way they will refund me is the way I paid for it ( compromised card) bank says to tell them to keep trying to push the return that the banking person would see it after a couple tries and they would help reroute the money. well they tried to deposit the money once and even though I’ve called Walmart and sent three emails now I still don’t have my refund. I am beyond frustrated as I live paycheck to paycheck, as most people I know do, and now I’m out a hair dryer and $50. sorry for the rant but this is the 3rd time something like this has happened to me. the first two times it was my fault for not doing more research but this was Walmart.
