Hey, Carson! You DO have to be a Walmart member (have an account) in order to add receipts to your purchase history. If you go ahead and make a Walmart account, then access your profile located in the app, you’ll see a button for your “purchase history”. Tap on that. On the top right corner will be a little barcode icon, tap that and scan the barcode on your receipt. After you’re finished scanning your receipt, it will upload the receipt to your purchase history. This is great because you can access your receipt digitally and is acceptable to show for returns.
