City of Chicago residents and business owners are now eligible for hundreds of dollars in rebates on security devices thanks to the Home and Business Protection Rebate Program. We recommend the Chicago-founded and based company Scout Alarm, which offers qualifying devices like this HD indoor/outdoor camera and this video doorbell (currently out of stock, but expected soon). To be eligible for the rebate, you must be the owner or tenant of a property used as a primary residence or business in Chicago.
