My hefty storage bags offer from both Alexa and coupon app manually credited. Alexa was on the same day. Coupon app was like three days later.
How did they credit if it didn’t scan? I mean Alexa. After chatting with them for 2 hours I decided I didn’t need $2 so badly.
They just asked me to send a picture of the receipt and the offer plus the product to cs-reply@amazon.com. And gave me the credit as refund.
Wow! They asked me to film videos, for 2 darn hours!!! And no refund has been offered, I lost my patience and forgot about it.
That would be annoying. Not worth the $2.
