Through October 31st, you may be eligible to apply to receive a cash settlement on select Enfamil formula products! If you have bought any of the products from this list between January 1st 2017 and June 23rd 2022, you should submit your claim here as soon as possible! You may be eligible to receive back some cash making up for the alleged false advertisement of serving sizes of Enfamil products.
Participants with valid claims in the class action settlement will receive up to $3 per product. You can claim 15 products with proof of payment, and five with no proof. Check out more details here!
