On the first Saturday of each month, Home Depot is offering workshops for kids to build their own wooden projects. These workshops are usually designed for kids ages between ages 5 and 12, but all kids of course are welcome.
This upcoming November 26th, from 9 am to 12 pm, a new workshop event is in place – where kids will be able to design their own Train Ornament. To participate, all you have to do is to register online as early as possible, because this event is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All kids have to be accompanied by their parents and note that not all the local stores have this offer, so you should call your local store in advance to check it out. As part of this workshop, your kids will get to bring their wooden masterpiece home, along with a certificate of achievement and a pin for their orange apron. And all of that is free!
Finally, for those who missed these events, Home Depot is offering past and current kits on their online site with prices ranging from as low as $4.98. With these, you also get easy step-by-step instructions and a video to help your kids create their masterpieces. Shipping is free when you spend $45 or more, or you can opt for free pickup where available! Registration is open, so don’t miss out!
