If you purchased it, what you can do is find a barcode of the Press N Seal online (and scan that when you submit the receipt. That one works. I did this to bypass the roadblock when I was trying to submit the Hefty Slider Bags awhile ago. The Cling N Seal does fit under the criteria and hopefully the issue will be solved but sometimes it takes a long time. So this would be a quicker solution. đ
