A class-action lawsuit has just been settled with Thinx for containing potentially harmful chemicals in their period underwear. If you purchased their product between November 12th, 2016, and November 28th, 2022, you can submit a claim online before April 12th. With proof of purchase, you get to choose between cash reimbursement for up to three pairs at $7 each or a voucher for 35% off a single purchase (up to $52.50 discount). Start your claim here.
Thinx denied all of the allegations made in the lawsuit, but they have agreed to make some adjustments to its marketing and production procedures in addition to paying up to $5 million in reimbursement. Click here for more information about the class action settlement.Â
Note that if you don’t have proof of purchase you can get a $3.50 refund for each purchase of up to three pairs.

That’s disappointing, I bought 2 sets during that time… and the Rebate of $7 per 3 which is insane for how expensive they are
Right!? I bought some from thinx.com & some from Macyâs when they were on sale for about $30 each plus taxes, shipping & handling.
Thank goodness I stopped using them when I got a rash after just using them twice. I could have gotten worse like infertility. Some women that are suing canât have babies anymore! SO disheartening!!
