You can’t submit one receipt to both companies. You can however, buy everything twice and submit one receipt to Swagbucks and the other receipt to MyPoints. Make sure your receipts have different final totals so they don’t think you’re trying to submit the same receipt. Hope this helps. 🙂
As far as I know, those two apps are developed and operated by the same company. They must have identified that the same receipt is uploaded twice. Better not to do that again going forward.
