That Ionic zinc is very powerful! It’s the only thing that pushed my white count up (besides shots every 3 weeks), but that zinc is so strong that it made me very weak & fatigued (stuck in bed). First I reduced the zinc from 4 drops to 3 then 2 then 1 a day. I eventually stopped (after ~3 months) to start feeling more normal again. I know it works, it’s just I have a fragile situation. Don’t be afraid to reduce the dose…and that type of Zinc is amazing for fighting acne/skin conditions.
