This announcement is for anyone who purchased Dole Fruit Bowls products between January 1, 2017 and June 27, 2023. We’re here to update you on an important settlement involving the products you’ve purchased and consumed.
Dole Fruit Bowls products have long been advertised, marketed, and sold with the claim that they are “100% fruit juice.” However, recent investigations have revealed that these products contain trace amounts of ascorbic acid, citric acid, or other ingredients that were not previously disclosed. If you belong to the settlement class and can provide proof of purchase, you may be eligible for a cash refund of up to $18 per household. Those who do not have proof of purchase may still be eligible for a refund of up to $9. It’s important to note that each household can only file one claim.
The total settlement amount has been set at $4.3 million, which means you can now claim your refund. However, do note that the claim submission deadline is September 25, 2023.
Follow these steps to file your claim:
- Click here to go to the official settlement website.
- Scroll down and click on the “Submit a Claim Form” link on the website.
- Include relevant documents or receipts if you have proof of purchase.
- Before submitting your claim, double-check all of the details.
- Lastly, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Submit”
Note that the deadline for the submission of claims is September 25th, 2023.

I bought some of these products in January 2023 & in 2022. I only have the receipt for 2023… At least I get it .15 cents more in my refund amount! 🙂
