Starting on November 4th, Sam’s Club is kicking off the holidays with the all-new Sam’s Club Merry Express! This train-themed celebration will be making stops in their parking lots across the country, you can join them for food, games, gifts and even a visit from Santa himself, available at select clubs only!
List of Merry Express activities:
- Santa’s Engine – A very special passenger is headed your way! Santa will be available for photos during your designated time slot.
- Gift Car – Unwrap joy using our giant claw at the Gift Car.
- Dining Car – Eat, drink and be merry with delicious holiday travel snacks from the Dining Car.
- Burt’s BeesCaboose – Play our Reindeer Ring Toss game at the Burt’s Bees Caboose.
- Last Stop! – Find even more holiday magic inside with free samples from the Chew Chew Train & Freeosk.
Please note that there is a limit of four people per time slot, and an adult (18+) must be present with your group. Also, be aware that dates are limited and each participating club will be hosting the Merry Express for one day only. Time slot registration for select cities opened last October 20th. Simply head to the ticket booth to check in when you arrive at Sam’s Club. They will activate your digital passport, giving you access to Santa’s Engine, the Burt’s Bees Caboose, the Gift Car, the Dining Car, and the club stations. Also, at every stop will get you a passport stamp, and at the end, you will get a special gift.

I will say that, the Bentonville location is about 2-3hrs from Tulsa. and there’s a lot of touristy things to do in Bentonville, you could make a mini day trip out of it, possibly. the lights on the square are soo beautiful! (I’m from Northwest Arkansas and lived in Tulsa for a while)
