Apple has agreed to pay a $25 million settlement over the company’s subscription-share program. If you had a Family Sharing plan and bought a subscription to a third-party app between June 21st, 2015, and January 30th, 2019, you may be eligible for a Class Action Settlement!
Family Sharing allows a subscriber to share services and content with up to five other family members – like Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, iCloud storage space, iTunes movie purchases, and more. If you are eligible for a payout, you can expect to receive up to $30 and can choose between two payment methods electronic payment or a check. Do you know how I can submit the payment election form online? It says it can either be submitted online or mailed in but post marked with todays date(but my post office is closed so that is not an option)

Yes I did that and filled it out. It generates a form to print but it says to either submit electronically or to mail it posted dated no later than March 1
