Apple is offering replacements for AirPods Pro that were manufactured before October 2020. If you have purchased AirPods Pro and you encountered static sounds and active noise cancellation feature is not responding. Apple and Apple Authorized Service providers are issuing replacements for the affected AirPods Pro (left, right, or both) free of charge! This doesn’t include the AirPods Pro case as it wasn’t affected. Check for more details here.
Please note that this worldwide Apple program doesn’t extend the standard warranty coverage of AirPods Pro. No other AirPods models are part of this program.

Apple’s customer service has been difficult to deal with lately. I just head to their store.
Thanks to you, was able to get my husbandâs AirPods replaced with new ones at the Apple store. We were probably there for 40 minutes, with an appointment prescheduled. They take your AirPods to to their counter to run some tests on them, and if they fail the required tests, they replace them with new ones. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the process. Glad you got yours replaced. đ
Please be cautious when trading in! Unless your AirPods genuinely produces static noise, do not trade them in! I traded mine in back in April and itâs been having issues because itâs not originally paired with me case. This is what Appleâs has told me themselves
I have the same issue and they said because case was out of warranty they canât do anything about it
Yeah they gave me the exact same words đ
Hey can I get dis airpod
Hey there! This post is about a free Airpods replacement, not about free Airpods. Hope that helps.
Where do you find your serial number
Hey there! An easy way to check your AirPod’s serial number is by checking it in your phone’s settings. Make sure that it’s connected first, then go to Settings > Bluetooth, then find your AirPod’s name in the list. Next, tap the More Info button next to your AirPods and you’ll see the serial number there. On the other hand, it’s located on the underside of the lid of your AirPod’s charging case. Hope that helps đ
