How can you submit 3 times if you can only submit a receipt once? Also what is x9/25?

To be specific, after paying $13.97, you then have to submit your receipt three times for Ibotta and once for coupons.com cash back to get all three for 97¢. The “x9/25” here refers to the expiration date of the cashback, which means September 25th.
