Hey Dhivya! I’m not sure what the issue might be. I suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall the app? Also, did you try from a desktop browser?
I downloaded the app and signed up. I don’t see any $3.14 rewards added.

Same thing happened to me, I had to sign out, and re-sign up/register with the same info. It worked.
