I have also tried them at another target store and they don’t scan there either and they no longer push them through like they used to. Okeedokee, I’ll give it a try and report back. Thank you!
You’re so welcome! I hope it will work at other Target stores this time.
Hi, Did the printable coupon scan ok for you? It seems every coupon I’ve tried at target for the past few months does not go through whether printable or newspaper.
Hey there! So sorry to hear about your experience. A few of our readers were still able to use these printable coupons with no issues at all. May I know if the coupon was refused at the register?
Yes, I’ve tried both printables and newspaper coupons at both self checkout and regular registers. In the beginning, I went to customer service and the cashier wasn’t sure why the coupon at that time was being rejected. Then another employee brought out some paperwork and told her they got orders to not accept manufacturer coupons anymore. Since then, only digitals seem to be working
I understand now. Typically Target store accept these coupons, but store management can refuse or limit the use of them at their own discretion. It’s always best to check with the store manager before you make your purchase like what you did. Alternatively, other Target stores may have different policies and you can check if there is one nearby and do let me know if it works out okay?
