Okay yāall so I also only received one bottle of eachā¦I ordered this and the bowl cleaner. When I contacted customer service they didnāt really offer me a refundā¦just a replacement. We shall see how this goes.

So yup only received 3 single ones BUT they processed me a refund. Freebies are still a win in my book. Letās see how the toilet bowl cleaners arrive and maybe those will be free also š¤Ŗ

She offered me the options of new shipment or refund. So I picked new shipment and also expressed my concern that it might be wrong again š. She added some notes or something and escalated to the inventory department as she said.
Crazy because the lady didnāt even ask what I preferred , all she said was okay well we have processed a refundš
I guess it all depends on the rep. I might need to choose refund if they mess it up again.
Another update, spoke with other family members who are experiencing the same and they were able to get full replacement, I got back into the chat and was able to get a $10 promo code since the first rep never gave me the option of replacement.
FYI ladies, based on the shipping details from fedex. I think they sent me single bottle of the items. Will find out later this week and may need to contact Walmart.

If you have the app then go into your order detail. Click the track shipment. On the very bottom it has this help center bottom. Click that it will take you to their website for chat. You can have them call you or email you or just chat online. Please let us know how it turns out. Mine will be delivered today and most likely I will need to contact them. š
On the website scroll down to the bottom thereās contact us button. Then you can start your chat. My order then select something else I think.
So I was only able to get refunded $14.40š
