I did it yesterday and Groupon deleted my account, when I tried to login the password wouldn’t work so I did a forgot password and got an email saying my account doesn’t exist, I contacted Groupon and they said the “deactivated it for suspicious activity” and refunded me my money
and my account still hasn’t been resolved.

Did you check with their customer support? I’m sure they have some explanation for your case.
You should be able to go to the membership desk and give the info you signed up with, bring your ID! They will take your picture and give you a card, I work for Costco!
Syeph SAME!! I went to Costco for help too and it never got resolved they offered to cancel my membership for a full refund lol

Same thing happened to me. The only option they offered was to cancel for a refund. Like that is not helpful. I wouldn’t have got it if I didn’t want the membership
If I was already a member, but my mom was an add-on, could I now sign up a membership under her name?
I’m not entirely sure, but it should work, since she technically did not have an account in her name before.
