Hi, after purchasing the two “qualified” Colgate products: Made sure it matched 100% and compared it (in stores) to the qualified “shop now” items to make sure the EB matched it said I am still $4 away from hitting the “spend” $12 on Colgate.
Hi! I’m not sure what happened exactly. If you buy qualifying products for $12 or more you should get your ExtraBucks. Did you try speaking with the store manager?

I usually look online for the exact things I’ll need bc it will say below the add cart if it is qualified for the item… then if you are in store and it’s saying that you need to spend more you can show them that all your items are included. I also have the flip app that shows their flyer and I show them that as well since cvs at least in my area doesn’t do paper flyers anymore.. a month ago I had an issue when I got something 29.99 for the spend $30 get 10EB and usually it gives you it if your within 98% of the spend amount but I thought maybe they randomly changed the rules.. so I went back and bought something $4 worth and it didn’t even register on my receipt that I spent money on that promotion so I had to show the cashier that and he printed out the EB for me… so maybe yours is a glitch too?
