FYI Order ASAP or it maybe better if you can go in store, I was able to get my candles on thanksgiving with the extra 20% & we borrow to get the box, I’ve had to miss so many deals with a lot of financial hardship. So this was huge for us. I knew I would be spending a little more but wanted to get that early start with hearing about supply chain issues.
I have yet to receive any of our order and have received many emails letting me know it is delayed. So they are communicating it is the longest I’ve ever waited for a shipment from B&BW. I can only shop online at the moment, but a tip I want to share from personal recent experience is if you can go direct to store and use all the coupons you have to save more that’s a bonus to have that extra discount in addition to ensuring you have the items in hand! This has been my personal experience I wanted to share incase it is a nation wide issue others are experiencing. If I could I would have ordered the online exclusive scents and went to the store to receive my extra discounts and have my holiday scents filling my home and presents 🎁 ready and wrapped to thank the amazing people who are so appreciative and special to us especially this difficult year we have experience in our family.
A few more experiences that we were able to score online to get the most for our money we borrowed was Amazon has had a few late deliveries for the most part they have arrived on time there was 1 gift for our son that we did not need until Christmas but the deal was too great to pass up it was Prime shipping and it arrived 1.5 weeks after the promised ship date. I am sure if I called they may compensate for the delay but since we didn’t need it, I am going to let that go. With Walmart purchases they have all arrived earlier (like the very next day vs 2-3 day shipping like stated) which was awesome! BB&B was exactly on time. Just to share some tips and what I have experienced. It is looking like the news reports are right and if you can buy in store or drive up pickup to ensure you get your items in time and if you are like me and have no other choice than to order online keep track, order early and make sure you are home, have a neighbor(s) looking out for you or have it shipped to a drop off location near your home. In one instance from Walmart the 1st order this season was delivered the next day it showed but my husband helped take me to a Dr appt and it showed as delivered but we never received it and unfortunately our neighbors weren’t home. They were amazing deals, the evening as soon as we spoke to all our neighbors and no one was home or saw any packages by our door. It was too late the items I was able to score were sold out and the supervisor could not guarantee the items would be back in stock and even if they were they could not guarantee to honor those amazing deal day prices. All they could do is refund our money 🤕 and nothing could be given for the time and inconvenience that we experienced. Which in the past Walmart would have without asking send a $5-$10 merchandise/GC to assist with our inconvenience or help purchase something similar that was not at the deal day price.
