Customers of Fashion Nova can apply for refunds from the $4.2 million Review-Fraud Settlement. Nova agreed to pay a settlement to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in March 2022. The FTC charged Fashion Nova with failing to publish hundreds of thousands of negative product reviews for years and inflating average star ratings by excluding reviews with less than four stars.
If you meet all four requirements, you can apply for a refund:
- You bought products from FashionNova.com before November 21, 2019
- Your purchase decisions were influenced by customer reviews and ratings
- You were not satisfied with the products and
- You have not already received a refund for the products
Your claim must be submitted by August 15, 2023.
