UPDATE: This Giveaway is now over! Winner announcement has been posted on my homepage. See more Giveaways being dropped on my blog here.
My son Ryan is kind of a picky eater (he takes after my husband, Mr FSF ). While my daughter Sophie isn’t a picky eater, she would start to mimic her brother’s behaviors (and verbal complaints), and before you know it, meal times can turn into a battle of wills. Me vs them. And it usually ends in tears.
Then last year I discovered these plates made by Fred & Friends called “Dinner Winner“. They are designed to encourage kids to finish their food. If you follow me on SnapChat, you may have seen me use these plates when preparing meals for my kids.
I LOVE these trays! They are so fun and colorful. Each tray is set up like a little board game, where you follow a “map” of food to a ” hidden treasure”. When you finish the trail of food, the last placement is a covered spot for a hidden treat.  This is your “bait”. #Genius!
The first day I brought these plates out, they were an instant hit! And they really did motivate both my kiddos to finish their food, including things they didn’t like. I’ve since gotten these trays in pretty much every pattern . They really do make mealtime more fun, and can motivate and encourage picky eaters to finish their meals (and even try new things). I typically put a little piece of chocolate in the treat spot and that does the trick.
Anyway, it’s been a lot of fun preparing their meals and watching them use these trays. If you have a fussy eater, or you just want to add some fun into meal time, I recommend checking these plates out. They come in 5 different patterns.

This tray would be perfect for my picky girls! My 4 year old takes after my 9 year old!! They love to work for dessert and love games, so why not combine them!!
Reading from Kyle, TX.
Hi! Writing from Collegeville, PA. My sons are 8 and 2. My oldest is very set in his food interests and my youngest is more outgoing. I tend to hide veggies in the foods that they normally eat ex. Carrots in Mac and cheese and so forth. Something thatâs difficult is keeping everything balanced while their appetites differ.
These are such a good idea! My 6 year old likes to count his bites of food, this would be a great way to get him to finish his meal and maybe try more variety. We also have a 10 month old who is eating more of what we eat and less baby food, heâs kind of a bottomless pit though. He wants all the food!
I would love to win one of these my oldest daughter is 5 and super picky . Iâm always trying to find ways to get her excited to eat I think this would be an awesome way ! Thanks for always sharing such great finds and deals
I would love this for my granddaughter she would like something like this to keep her interested in eating her food
My son Nolan who is 5 and daughter lani who is 4. They are starting to become picky eaters. Food shouldnât be boring. This will make them want to eat and knowing that thereâs a surprise . They might eat dinner quicker.
My Daughter Ayani is 4 and only eats fruit and cheese. Lol She is very stubborn.
Hey Tina ,
These look amazing and so perfect for my middle daughter the picky one of my girl group. I have 3 girls the older and younger are bottomless pits they eat everything and anything. While my youngest itâs a fight all the time to eat. Her only favorite thing to eat is Mexican rice and rotisserie chicken. I use portion plates for her and tell her to make sure to finish everything and she will get a treat but still thatâs a struggle we have tried everything and she still struggles. We now as a family count out her bites and she knows sheâs supposed to have 4 bites of everything that makes it kinda fun. But this plate would be a god set she loves treats she can eat those no problem and I think this plate would be something fun for her and my self during dinner time. Thatâs the only time our family is sitting all together enjoying each other and I donât want to have to be yelling and fighting w her.
Fingers crossed and thank you soo much
These trays are amazing. I have a 3 year old that I struggle with every time he eats. He doesn’t like to eat by himself this will really encourage him to eat on his own. He is also a picky eater. He loves to eat pasta and pasta lol. His favorite is chicken Alfredo from olive garden. Of only he aye what I make at home for him. And now it’s more challenging for me I have a new born that needs to be fed and it’s super hard to get him to eat on his own. I also have an 8 year old girl.
My son Tyson will be 5 October 27th. He has been a picky eater since day 1! I’d love to win this for him and make eating fun and also have him try all different kinds of foods. You are so kind with all of these give aways and keeping us posted on deals! Thanks so much!
