UPDATE: This Giveaway is now over! Winner announcement has been posted on my homepage. See more Giveaways being dropped on my blog here.
My son Ryan is kind of a picky eater (he takes after my husband, Mr FSF ). While my daughter Sophie isn’t a picky eater, she would start to mimic her brother’s behaviors (and verbal complaints), and before you know it, meal times can turn into a battle of wills. Me vs them. And it usually ends in tears.
Then last year I discovered these plates made by Fred & Friends called “Dinner Winner“. They are designed to encourage kids to finish their food. If you follow me on SnapChat, you may have seen me use these plates when preparing meals for my kids.
I LOVE these trays! They are so fun and colorful. Each tray is set up like a little board game, where you follow a “map” of food to a ” hidden treasure”. When you finish the trail of food, the last placement is a covered spot for a hidden treat.  This is your “bait”. #Genius!
The first day I brought these plates out, they were an instant hit! And they really did motivate both my kiddos to finish their food, including things they didn’t like. I’ve since gotten these trays in pretty much every pattern . They really do make mealtime more fun, and can motivate and encourage picky eaters to finish their meals (and even try new things). I typically put a little piece of chocolate in the treat spot and that does the trick.
Anyway, it’s been a lot of fun preparing their meals and watching them use these trays. If you have a fussy eater, or you just want to add some fun into meal time, I recommend checking these plates out. They come in 5 different patterns.

My kid hates to eat her veggies so hopefully this will help me get her to eat them more!! Thanks for sharing this! I love the idea!
My kiddos have s tough time just eating their entire meal and this would be a fun way to have them focus on small portions one step at s time while keeping their eye on the prize!!

Hello, Vicky reading from Dayton. I would love this for my son, has autism. Eat is a chore! He is super picky, and wants chicken and fries daily! He likes fruit so I tried that for him to eat then it turned out to be him only eating fruit!
This plate would be so useful for my niece, Alessandra! She is 5 years old and very much into play time and not meal time (total opposite from me ) she is a great eater, a bit picky at times but she will always try something first before saying she doesnât like it.
As she started full time school, we need help and tips on how she can go to bed on time!!! As I said, she is very much into play time and hard to get her attention to do her tasks! Please help!!!
Iâd love this for my daughter Zoe. Sheâs a good eater but only when she wants to be. Dessert is usually a motivator but she loves playing I mean winning at games so I bet this would be a winner winner. We hail from Houston Texas. đ
Hi Tina from Atlanta Georgia! I would love one for my almost 7 year old son. He has high functioning autism and he is a super picky eater! Surprisingly, he loves broccoli (thanks to his pre-K special ed teacher!) but he won’t touch any fruits… I will sneak little pieces of fruits in between his favorite food!
I would love the dinner wonner for my grandson! He us so picky. He doesn’t like his food to touch!
Thanks
Janet from Kingston MA
I would love to win this for my granddaughter. She’s a good eater, loves edamame, but is a slow eater. This tray would definitely encourage her to follow a more consistent pace. We live just south of Dallas, in the tiny town of Ennis.
My son is almost 5 and he is picky (nothing like hus2 year old sister) canât get the boy to vegetables but heâll have my Momâs meatloaf ââď¸. Iâve seen these trays on your Snaps and your kids just eat without thinking whatâs on the tray because itâs fun. Hopefully you can send a tray to Coachella Ca so we can try it out. thanks for all your savvy finds and great tips.
I would love to win the plate for my daughter! At times she can be a really great eater and other times not so great. Sometimes when she doesn’t eat well she wakes up in the middle of the night because she is hungry. I would love to try a plate like this where she can see that as she eats she can get a little prize at the end. Reading from Fresno, CA.
