UPDATE: This Giveaway is now over! Winner announcement has been posted on my homepage. See more Giveaways being dropped on my blog here.
My son Ryan is kind of a picky eater (he takes after my husband, Mr FSF ). While my daughter Sophie isn’t a picky eater, she would start to mimic her brother’s behaviors (and verbal complaints), and before you know it, meal times can turn into a battle of wills. Me vs them. And it usually ends in tears.
Then last year I discovered these plates made by Fred & Friends called “Dinner Winner“. They are designed to encourage kids to finish their food. If you follow me on SnapChat, you may have seen me use these plates when preparing meals for my kids.
I LOVE these trays! They are so fun and colorful. Each tray is set up like a little board game, where you follow a “map” of food to a ” hidden treasure”. When you finish the trail of food, the last placement is a covered spot for a hidden treat.  This is your “bait”. #Genius!
The first day I brought these plates out, they were an instant hit! And they really did motivate both my kiddos to finish their food, including things they didn’t like. I’ve since gotten these trays in pretty much every pattern . They really do make mealtime more fun, and can motivate and encourage picky eaters to finish their meals (and even try new things). I typically put a little piece of chocolate in the treat spot and that does the trick.
Anyway, it’s been a lot of fun preparing their meals and watching them use these trays. If you have a fussy eater, or you just want to add some fun into meal time, I recommend checking these plates out. They come in 5 different patterns.

Some days my 5 year old is picky and some days she isnât but on the days she is this would be so handy! Instead of us playing the âhow many piles of food we can make using her plate, mine AND my husbands this would be so much easier! Flowing you from Orlando Florida!
Hello!! I have 3 kids ages 13,9 and 5 and would love to have this tray for the youngest of the 3. I think it would interest him in trying to eat his way through the maze! He doesnt like to eat alot of food, but this would help him to eat a bit more! I love it, can’t wait to try it!
My kids are 8 and 5 yrs old. They are pretty good eaters. My problem is that I am a picky eater and fear they will copy me. I always make them try something at least once(I try to do the same). I am in Dania Beach, FL.
I have twins boy toddlers – 2 years old! They have to have their food separated so this would make meals easier as well as be super fun!!! Love them!!!
My girl is 4.5 y/o. She used to love broccoli, carrots and fruits. But now she is so picky. She wants to eat only cheese and spaghetti and some fruits. No more any kid of meats. I need help with how to feed her all nutrition needed. I tried to add puree veggie in her dessert and she couldnât tell but might be bad things to do . Also I still donât know how to add meat in her meal. From Nicholson, GA
I would love to win this for my 5yr old daughter! She is allergic to dairy, fish, peanuts/treenuts and eggs so we can be safe to say that being a picky eater is an understatement. She gets very frustratedand sad at the fact she can’t eat many different foods. Some of her favorite foods are Oreo cookies, rice, broccol, and chicken. So I’m hoping this will (if we win)help her stay encouraged and much more HAPPIER to eat the foods that she can.
Love this plate!! My 6 year old is so picky that it drives me crazy. I literally have to spoon feed him his meals..
As a working mom, itâs hard to balance work and life with two toddlers! I would definitely love a chance to win these plates for my babies (3 and 1) who copy each other and mimic each others habits. If I can make dinner time fun and efficient for my little ones I could probably spend a little extra time with the at the end of the night to read books and play before bed. This would be the coolest gift right now.
In the past, if I consistently gave the same vegetable over and over my children get used to seeing them and eating them more. When I was out on maternity leave, preparing better and fresher foods was a lot easier given that I had way more time during the day! So my tip is to keep showing them the same stuff and eat what they eat so that everyone develops healthy habits and learn not to be so wasteful.
My 5 year old started getting picky with his veggies once he turn 3. So Iâve resorted to cutting it into cute shapes and even 3D airplanes so heâll eat them. Serving with ranch sauce also helps. Following you from Frisco, TX
My girls are 10 & 2, they are both picky eaters (like their daddy).
