UPDATE: This Giveaway is now over! Winner announcement has been posted on my homepage. See more Giveaways being dropped on my blog here.
My son Ryan is kind of a picky eater (he takes after my husband, Mr FSF ). While my daughter Sophie isn’t a picky eater, she would start to mimic her brother’s behaviors (and verbal complaints), and before you know it, meal times can turn into a battle of wills. Me vs them. And it usually ends in tears.
Then last year I discovered these plates made by Fred & Friends called “Dinner Winner“. They are designed to encourage kids to finish their food. If you follow me on SnapChat, you may have seen me use these plates when preparing meals for my kids.
I LOVE these trays! They are so fun and colorful. Each tray is set up like a little board game, where you follow a “map” of food to a ” hidden treasure”. When you finish the trail of food, the last placement is a covered spot for a hidden treat.  This is your “bait”. #Genius!
The first day I brought these plates out, they were an instant hit! And they really did motivate both my kiddos to finish their food, including things they didn’t like. I’ve since gotten these trays in pretty much every pattern . They really do make mealtime more fun, and can motivate and encourage picky eaters to finish their meals (and even try new things). I typically put a little piece of chocolate in the treat spot and that does the trick.
Anyway, it’s been a lot of fun preparing their meals and watching them use these trays. If you have a fussy eater, or you just want to add some fun into meal time, I recommend checking these plates out. They come in 5 different patterns.

I have a 4 year old boy who is a super picky eater. If itâs itâs not Mac n cheese, chicken nuggets or pizza he will not eat it. Anything vegetable he wonât touch. Iâm hoping this will help him think trying new food is fun. Reading from Glendale, CA
Oh my! This is the exact problem in our house! My son(5) is super picky while my daughter(3) isnât, but she has started to copy her brother! I would love these trays in hopes to make things easier
I have a 2 year old & I know this will help out a lot if she knows there is some type of goodie foodie in there she will park her way up from her vegetables & that will come in handy for me !!
Iâm from Beaumont CA
My 4 year old is the pickiest eater! She only likes to eat Mac and cheese for every meal ââď¸. I have learned that the more I involve her in meal selection and prepping – the more she is likely to eat it!
I have 2 picky boys ages 6 and 7. While one is a little pickier than the other, like your kids, they mimic each others verbal protests to anything out of their preferences. These plates might make things easier, just with the final treat had a locking cover so they can’t cheat and skip ahead lol
From peoria, AZ. I have a 3 and a 5 year old that are pretty good eaters now. When they were little they were very skeptical about trying new foods but I noticed at some point that they would not even touch the food from the plate but yet they would come to see and eat from my plate. So now, when trying something new I just put some in my plate and they come running to see what Iâm eating ha ha
