• Favorite Things Friday: Dinner Winner Kids Dinner Trays (Making Meal Time Fun)

UPDATE: This Giveaway is now over! Winner announcement has been posted on my homepage. See more Giveaways being dropped on my blog here.

My son Ryan is kind of a picky eater (he takes after my husband, Mr FSF ). While my daughter Sophie isn’t a picky eater, she would start to mimic her brother’s behaviors (and verbal complaints), and before you know it, meal times can turn into a battle of wills. Me vs them. And it usually ends in tears.

Then last year I discovered these plates made by Fred & Friends called “Dinner Winner“. They are designed to encourage kids to finish their food. If you follow me on SnapChat, you may have seen me use these plates when preparing meals for my kids.

I LOVE these trays! They are so fun and colorful. Each tray is set up like a little board game, where you follow a “map” of food to a ” hidden treasure”.  When you finish the trail of food, the last placement is a covered spot for a hidden treat.   This is your “bait”. #Genius!

The first day I brought these plates out, they were an instant hit! And they really did motivate both my kiddos to finish their food, including things they didn’t like. I’ve since gotten these trays in pretty much every pattern . They really do make mealtime more fun, and can motivate and encourage picky eaters to finish their meals (and even try new things). I typically put a little piece of chocolate in the treat spot and that does the trick.

Anyway, it’s been a lot of fun preparing their meals and watching them use these trays. If you have a fussy eater, or you just want to add some fun into meal time, I recommend checking these plates out. They come in 5 different patterns.

Would love one of these trays to help my 2 year old eat better! He pretty much lives off snacks all day long and chicken nuggets. I started making my own chicken nuggets in air fryer and hissing some vegetables in Mac and cheese! He definitely won’t eat raw or cooked vegetables on his own! These tray are super cute and maybe it can help!

This would be great for my daughter who also is a picky eater. She loves fruits, beans and rice but struggle to eat meat and veggies other than corn.

Thank you for this great opportunity!

My youngest is such a picky eater. He would rather snack all day than eat at meal times. And although his snacks are semi healthy choices, I would much rather him eat at meal times. He’s not much one to try new things or eat more than a good 4 bites despite coaxing him to eat more. He loves games and earning prizes. This would be so awesome to win!

My 6 yo. Son Kyler is a picky eater. He ate well until he was just under 2. Then he stopped eating much of anything. Within thw last year he started eating meat pretty regularly. Cant get veggies in him unless they are in a make/spinach smoothie. He does like the Green Machine Naked Juice. Fruit is also tough. He will eat bananas, watermelon, sometimes apples and oranges. He has just recently started eating scrambled egg sandwiches again. I mean he is still alive, bit meal time is always such a pain. We are in Philadelphia, PA. Also have a 4 yo daughter and she has some picky moments but mostly eats just about anything. You win some, you lose some:-)

Hello I am from union city, California. I have a 3 year old picky eater. She definitely prefers to eat sweets and junk food which frustrates me so much! My only way to get her to eat healthy is to bribe her with a treat if she finishes her plate of food. I think this tray would be a great way to get her to enjoy eating her food and at the same time enjoy her time at the table.

Greetings from Las Vegas, NV!! I have a 2 year old daughter and a 4 year old son. My son is the picky eater and my daughter is open to trying new foods. My son seems to prefer his favorite foods over and over not leaving an opportunity for something new. These plates will be a great help to letting my kids try new things ( especially my son). I also see a great family dinner time game. The portions on the plate are a great size. It’s like a mini hors devours. I know this will be a great item to get my soon trying new foods!!!
