UPDATE: This Giveaway is now over! Winner announcement has been posted on my homepage. See more Giveaways being dropped on my blog here.
My son Ryan is kind of a picky eater (he takes after my husband, Mr FSF ). While my daughter Sophie isn’t a picky eater, she would start to mimic her brother’s behaviors (and verbal complaints), and before you know it, meal times can turn into a battle of wills. Me vs them. And it usually ends in tears.
Then last year I discovered these plates made by Fred & Friends called “Dinner Winner“. They are designed to encourage kids to finish their food. If you follow me on SnapChat, you may have seen me use these plates when preparing meals for my kids.
I LOVE these trays! They are so fun and colorful. Each tray is set up like a little board game, where you follow a “map” of food to a ” hidden treasure”. When you finish the trail of food, the last placement is a covered spot for a hidden treat. This is your “bait”. #Genius!
The first day I brought these plates out, they were an instant hit! And they really did motivate both my kiddos to finish their food, including things they didn’t like. I’ve since gotten these trays in pretty much every pattern . They really do make mealtime more fun, and can motivate and encourage picky eaters to finish their meals (and even try new things). I typically put a little piece of chocolate in the treat spot and that does the trick.
Anyway, it’s been a lot of fun preparing their meals and watching them use these trays. If you have a fussy eater, or you just want to add some fun into meal time, I recommend checking these plates out. They come in 5 different patterns.

Love from Selma California
Omg! My kid is soooooo picky! Trying to get her to eat anything but chicken nuggets, noodles, Nutella on bread & mandarin oranges is such a task. Trying to come up with new eating games and I’m running out of ideas lol. This would be awesome to use with her because she loves to win EVERYTHING!! So I can make It into a fun eating healthy game! Bingo! Please pick me!!!
This tray looks so cool!! I struggle with my 3 year old to finish all her food. She does love fruits anand vegetables which is great but she usually needs an extra push to finish it all. Hope to win, here from Rosmead CA. Thanks for all you do!
I would l8ve this for my baby girl she is 2 and very picky but she does love any kind of chicken. It’s crazy to see that even that little they can be picky but I guess it’s just about them discovering more food. Reader from el paso tx
I would love this plate for my big buddy Jackson . We are expecting another child and I’ve been pretty sick so meal times are especially hard. He loves games so I think this would help him to stay on task and finish eating even though I’m getting up repeatedly during meals from the nausea .
Hi, I would love to win one for my 4yr old son Elijah. He’s a very picky eater and it’s hard to get him to try new foods or finish some of the ones I cook. His favorite foods are PB&J, fruit snacks, strawberries, apple sauce, and brown sugar pop tarts. Lol. He will not eat tomatoes or eggs of any kind no matter what they are put in. He’s very picky about food he’s never seen before. He won’t try new foods that I introduce him to. I’m hoping this tray will help us and this little guy can be more healthier!
I would love the dinner winner plate for my son; who just become a super picky eater. He generally likes fries and chicken. It’s been hard to give him any veggie, as he says “disgusting.” He will eat fruit no problem. I think this plate would hopefully work because he’s always asking for something after dinner, but I refuse because he didn’t eat. So I am curious to see if this plate works.

Hi! I would love to win this tray for my daughter Iliana who is on the spectrum. She’s a very picky eater but loves sweets and treats. I know a tray like this would definitely motivate her to eat more and new foods.
My daughter is the worse picky eater ever. When she was small she loved food but as she discovered she can say no to food it only got worse. Im hoping to win this because I’ve read your blog for years and it’s amazing to see the kids grow and that they are actually eating everything you put in their plate. I’m from Chicago il .
