Did you make sure you were logged into your account? Also, keep in mind that apparently it is for select accounts only.
is it through an app? You sure its free? They had a free subscription once to like T-Mobile TV, and they where charging me for it, until I just called and canceled. but they said FREE and trying to charge me for it.

That’s strange. Make sure to always contact Customer Service if you see they’re charging you for something that should be free. They should be able to fix it right away.
