Hi Anne, it’s possible that the CoverGirl digital coupon is a targeted coupon that is only available for only certain accounts. Sorry you didn’t receive this coupon in your account. If you get the Sunday newspaper there is a $3/1 CoverGirl face product insert coupon available from the SS 7/10. If not then you can still do the deal and get the items free without that coupon.
