So I figured out every thing and even got my iBotta app linked to my Walmart account so I was able to go straight to the Walmart app/website with my iBotta offers for the makeup carried over, but unfortunately now they only have the purple and gold lustrous lips available for that sale price and the only eyeshadow quad they had left for that price after I added to cart said it is no longer available/out of stock 🙁
