I haven’t tried it through the Amazon app either so I’m not 100% sure. Maybe someone from the community can help. But if it helps, looks like their site was kinda glitchy yesterday. There were some who said they were stuck on a loading screen. That could also be why it didn’t load for you when you tried it.
