ok, so I called their customer service # and the lady I spoke with was helpful and looked into it and it seems that the franchise stores can do as they wish and are not giving the option to get the sandwich only. So that gives them a +$6 charge (depending on the sides you choose) on your “FREE Sandwich” order. Amazing! But, if you have a Corporate store nearby you should be good to go.

It WILL NOT let me order JUST a sandwhich, it is trying to FORCE me into “make it a meal” for over $6 more! I was going to get 2 sandwiches and 2 shakes but it WON”T let me only get the sandwich. This is terrible. I actually got frustrated to the point of tears! I tried numerous way on the website and even downloaded the app thinking it would be better but its exactly the same! And I’ve never ordered here before and looks like I never will

Mine didn’t have taxes or fees, just charged me full price for the sandwich. I did get free delivery. Still ,the web quote was different than what they charged my account. The web quote had a tip, the charge to my account did not. What a mess. Who do you even contact. Do I take both receipts to the local Arby’s?
