Wished we had a store here!! Doesn’t look like they ship..
Hey Tina !
Here’s the Update on the thumb drive, I reached out to there customer service and informed them of the issue. They told me to locate the nearest store and show them my welcome email 📧 and I shouldn’t have any issues. So! I did just that, and boom! I received my free item. I also checked out the store and they had some pretty good prices. I never been there before so , I will have to say this may be a new place for me to get electronics.
That’s awesome! So glad you were able to score. Thanks for the update.
Darn I wish I had one in my area! This would be so helpful to the 3 college kids in my life rn!
I was supposed to receive a text message with the coupon but never received it. My friend said they didn’t receive the text either. I got the welcome e-mail though.
Oh no! Have you tried reaching out to their Customer Service? They have a Live Chat option on their site. They should be able to help. Please keep me posted!
Not yet will do now
I just find it crazy that I just said I needed on and got on here and saw this.
it made no mention of being a new customer.
Hi Hose! That’s strange. I just checked their page and I see that it’s for new customers only. Did you score it by any chance?
I think you have to get your free coupon on your phone then go to the physical store. Tustin is the only one in CA. That’s very far from my home. I deleted my information.
Don’t work
Hey there! I just checked and it’s still showing as available for me. Could you please give it another try? Also, please note that this offer is available for new customers only and only those mobile numbers from major US phone carriers are being accepted. Let me know how it goes!
