      My store is out 😞

They would not take the coupon because it was over the price of the product.

Hi Denise! Here’s what it says on their coupon policy: Individual coupon value cannot exceed the value of the item to which it is applied. A $5 coupon for a $4.99 item will result in a $4.99 coupon value.
You may still use the coupon. I suggest you mention this at checkout the next time you visit. They should be able to make an adjustment on their end so the transaction pushes through. Let me know how it goes!

Hi Denise. It’s so frustrating when this happens. Like Jasmine said u can mention the policy. I gauge it on the clerk. If they are looking at me like an 👽 then I just go to another store.

last comment I promise. So in the ad preview this sale is still goin 2 for $7 but GET 4ecb when u buy 2. I’m this item is included which would make it a $1MM right??

HU I did this deal twice at 2 different locations. and it beeped at both. Each time I only grabbed one it will ring up as $3.99 (instead of $3.50 when u buy 2) I didn’t care since it was free. The lady at store (1) adjusted the price manually, and 👍 paid a quarter. . The lady at store (2) had no clue and told the other clerk I wanted to use the coupon even tho she told me its only for a PENNY 🤔 . I swear you guys I tried to explain it as easy as possible. but it pays to be polite. I flagged my manager friend who always knows how to figure it out. The clerk appreciated the fact that I didn’t look at her crazy for thinking I wanted her to take penny off. hahahaha hope this help.

If I buy 2 and use 2 coupons do they give money back or only get it free?

        Jasmine (Free Stuff Finder) :

Hi Nermal! You will only get the items for free. The coupon’s value will drop down to the total value of the item you are getting.

      • -3.2

they both will be free. But I suggest u do sep transactions. Just because some clerks automatically will tell u. u cant use a coupon that exceeds the items price (which is not true, if anything the coupon will adjust down, but if it beeps they will have to manually push it thru) #1 some of them have no clue how to do that. #2 Some just think your tryna scam them. Just depends on familiar the clerk is with couponing and the pos system. the coupon WILL beep

Great deal however I’ve never had success using a mfg coupon that is greater than the cost at CVS….even if just one cent. Would live to hear if anyone has been able to do so.

Hey Kristine! You should still be able to use the coupon regardless, although the coupon’s value will drop down to the item’s value. Have you tried mentioning that at checkout? They should be able to let you use it then. Hope this helps!

I tried to do this last night and the coupon wouldn’t go thru because it exceeded purchase price. Am I doing something wrong?

    8. -6

Can I use it online the coupon and if so how do I do it

Hi, Stephania! This deal includes printable coupons, so it has to be purchased in-store. Hope that explains it!

    9. -7

Agreed I ran into that as well

    10. -8

Keep in mind their sale tag states ” must buy 2″. It may vary by store

      • -8.1

You don’t have to buy 2, each comes as 3.99 instead of 3.50 if you buy just one. CVS never obligates you to buy 2, it’s corporate policy — feel free to buy one, just going to cost a bit more.
