Schedule your free Heart Health Screening at CVS through February 28th! All you need to do is print out this voucher and bring it with you to scan at the registration kiosk or use your mobile phone to show the voucher to the provider after you register at the kiosk. The screening includes a cholesterol test, blood pressure check, blood glucose (or A1c for diabetics) test, and body mass index. You have to be 18 years old to get this screening. This voucher only covers in-person visits at MinuteClinic and is not applicable to a MinuteClinic Virtual Care.
